The David Lynch Foundation Australia is a registered charity working to help prevent and eradicate the epidemic of toxic stress among at-risk populations by providing the tools to assist recovery from anxiety and trauma, and enhance performance.
We partner with government service organisations and leading research institutions to deliver effective trauma resilience and rehabilitation programs.
Our work utilises the Transcendental Meditation® (TM) program, an adjunct health therapy, scientifically proven to help prevent and promote recovery from substance abuse, trait anxiety, burnout, chronic trauma, PTSD and suicidal ideation.
In response to the increasing prevalence of stress in our country, the David Lynch Foundation collaborates with Australian universities, the government, non-governmental organisations, and private organisations to create programs that empower and heal at-risk and underprivileged populations. This includes delivering the scientifically-proven Transcendental Meditation technique.
About the Transcendental Meditation® (TM) Technique
It is a simple, natural, effortless technique practiced 20 minutes twice a day while sitting comfortably with the eyes closed. It has been taught by highly qualified Certified teachers worldwide for over 65 years and requires no change in lifestyle or adoption of any belief system.
